I'm Alive
I'm a lie
I'm alive
I'm a fly
I'm Alive

There is something quite wondrous

About continual

Refusal to admit

Sole proprietary

Discretion

Here and then

But relaxed

Intentions were

Afoot

And bare

She bared it all

And we complied

Why

There is no

Better person

To fly those friendly

Skies with

Other than

Her

Fair wintery

Coated

Philandering

Body

Eternity

Can be forever

Eternity

Can mend

Two together

For always

Always

Keeps

Never look

Behind

The distance

All that matters

Is eternity

Brunette

Upset the brunette

She doesn’t like

To be alone

She only loves herself

And that’s no joke

She isn’t very beautiful but

She tries

Brunette

Opposites unattract opposites

Same equals same

Duality is a bitch

No one cares to know

Why, how

It begins

(Dualism)

Took a break from writing in order to celebrate my Dad's birthday today. The whole family celebrated it at a wonderful Mexican restaurant called Los Cunados. They have a really great breakfast buffet there during the weekends. Then we went to my sister's place for cake and the ceremonial opening of gifts. I honestly didn't know what to get my Dad for a gift so I went with a book light since he is always reading books on sociology and history. I thought about getting him a book but I figured he has enough books to read for a while.

In other news, I did complete Antiseptic Anarchism and uploaded it for FREE download (as with the rest of my work). It is only about ten pages long and is a good, quick, succinct read. I thought about printing out a hundred copies of it and handing it out to people at super markets and other public places but I think I'll wait a bit before doing that. I want to make sure people are going to read it first. We shall see. As always, I am working on more ideas for poems and stories. I guess you could say I have become enamored by my own poetic side. I don't know why but I really feel like it will either lead me to something else or allow others to see the world through my eyes. Either one will do nicely. :-)

Revolt like you mean it

Burn in effigy

If need be

Let them laugh

And accuse

Re-learn

Disorder

Is not fate

Plausibility

Is a factor

Revolt because

You can

Because it

Flows through

Your veins

There is no pain

Greater

Than the pain

Of oppression

Rise up

And shout

Demonstrate

Your clout

You do have Power

We do have Power

March! March on!

Revolt because we need it!

This poem is dedicated to the current Wall Street protests and the entire movement that is spreading across the country and around the globe. Occupy Wall Street! Occupy the World!

Back to working on The Thing In The Desert. There are a lot more intricate details that are starting to take shape now. I now feel confident that this is a story that will remain etched in the psyche of all who read it.

Oh and I've also just recently written a new poetry book. It is titled Momentous. It's not really a collection of separate poems but rather one long continuous poem. I was going to make it available for purchase but then decided that it NEEDS to be made available for FREE. It is something that everyone must read. Even if they don't necessarily like poetry or find it hard to grasp it is still something I'd like the entire world to have access to. So, I'll post the E-Book download of it soon. Probably later today. Stay tuned.
